Congratulations from the Harbor Hawks to the Boston Red Sox and manager John Farrell (left), member of the 1982 Hyannis Mets, on winning the 2013 World Series! The Harbor Hawks organization is as proud as ever of the CCBL’s longstanding relationship with the Red Sox organization, and the success of so many Hyannis alumni.

The Harbor Hawks also send congratulations to Red Sox player and 2009 alum Jackie Bradley Jr., as well as the following Hyannis alumni on the National League champion St. Louis Cardinals: Randy Choate ’96, John Axford ’02, Shane Robinson ’04, and Ryan Jackson ’07.

Lifetime Achievement Honors for “The Greek”

 
Congratulations to assistant coach Nick “The Greek” Siemasz, who was awarded the Fred Ebbett Lifetime Achievement Award on Saturday, November 16, 2013. Nick was selected for this prestigious award by a unanimous vote of the CCBL Hall of Fame Committee. The Lifetime Achievement Award is named after previous CCBL Commissioner Fred Ebbett and is based upon an outstanding contribution to the franchise and league at an unequaled level of integrity, professionalism, a sense of fairness, and a high level of respect. The award was formally presented at the annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, alongside a class of eight new CCBL Hall of Famers. Congratulations, Nick!
