Don’t miss this year’s Hyannis Harbor Hawks “Spring Training” event on Sunday, March 29th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Roadhouse Café on South Street in Hyannis.

The H.A.A. will present the 2015 roster, share news about the upcoming season, and hold the first 50/50 raffle of the season.  Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar while meeting H.A.A. directors, host families and volunteers. Entrance is free, and donations appreciated!

The Harbor Hawks franchise had 19 alumni who played in Major League Baseball in the 2014 season, including Charlie Furbush (2005-2006).

From the 1996 Hyannis Mets to the 2014 Hyannis Harbor Hawks, a total of 133 former Hyannis players were found on professional baseball rosters in the 2014 season.

In addition, Hyannis contributed three managers to the MLB ranks in2014: Buck Showalter ’76 of the Orioles, John Farrell ’82 of the Red Sox, and Robin Ventura ’87 of the White Sox.
